Margo & Plum

Margo & Plum, based near Leicestershire in England, offers a sumptuous selection of home decor items. With the opening of two new stores, they needed a complete rebranding and an e-commerce website to support the growth of their sales.

My role in this project was to create a new logo and visual identity to better align the brand with its mainly female audience (80%). The concept "House of Wonders" combines "House", representing Margo and Plum's shops that embody the extravagance and glamour of English-style décor, and "Wonders", which reflects the brand’s carefully curated selection of unique, hand-picked pieces. The feather and the colour purple are iconic elements of Margo & Plum’s identity, which they were keen to keep. Some of the key words from the brief were: glamorous, timeless, unique, fashionable, and affordable.
